    Co-Founder Jeff Harrelson is a veteran of quantitative and qualitative research-methodology design for both public policy and consumer market research and a leading authority in the shift to mobile research. Jeff’s research has been cited in the New York Times, Time magazine, Los Angeles Times, The Economist, Atlantic Monthly and other major media outlets, and he has designed public policy polls on behalf of the University of Southern California, Pepperdine University, the California Business Roundtable and the Los Angeles Times. He recently authored an article on best practices for mobile research for Quirk’s magazine. As one of the chief designers behind MFour’s Surveys on the Go® (SOTG) smartphone application, Jeff has put his years of experience into designing a platform that meets the needs of researchers but fits with consumer lifestyles. Jeff continues to lead design innovation for MFour as SOTG continues to set the standards for mobile research. Jeff’s background includes more than 15 years designing and fielding research solutions in the areas of market research, public opinion and civil litigation.
