Using our first-party, location-based consumer panel, we just tracked 2,000 consumers as they entered into Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes. We did a Point of Emotion® survey to talk with them in real-time and found 10 trends.

For instance, wouldn’t you like to know that 58% of consumers will continue to use a brand they find during this time? Wouldn’t you also like to know that 32% of observed in-store shoppers are currently making the decision to switch stores to find missing items on their lists, despite COVID-19 concerns?
