What is a typical day like for you at MFour?
We have a morning start at 8:45 AM. Throughout the day, we call advertising agencies and out of home media owners around the U.S. to help spread the word about MFour. We assess their business needs and determine how MFour will best be able to support them. We work with our team of solutions executives to provide interactive demonstrations of the product and help them get started with MFour.
What do you love most about your job?
I love a lot about this job, but it’s the autonomy to find processes that work best for me and seeing them directly result in my performance.
Solutions development representatives go through a program to help prepare them for a successful career at MFour. How has it prepared you for your role?
The program has a great structure which has made the expectations of my role and how to be successful in it, very clear, especially while working from home. It has been a great opportunity to receive the proper training and guidelines to prepare me for my next step as a solutions executive.
What qualities best reflect your team?
I love our team! Everyone is willing to lend a hand. We all have our own personal goals, but we celebrate our successes as a team. Our team is a group of tenacious and friendly people.
What do you like most about MFour?
Both the managers and my peers at MFour all truly care about everyone’s success.
What is something that has surprised you about MFour?
The company has high expectations for quality and performance but gives off a laid back and pleasant atmosphere which is hard to balance in sales.
What advice would you give to others looking to start a career at MFour as a solutions development representative?
Go for it! You’ll not only learn a ton, but you’ll contribute more to the company than you’d imagine in an entry level position.
So far, what’s your favorite memory from work?
I appreciate our office days every week. Having a hybrid WFH schedule is nice because I get to learn the true personalities of my peers when we’re all together and bounce ideas off each other in a less formal setting than a zoom.
