MFour Profile: Chris Gimenez, Sales
Chris Gimenez helps the MFour sales team hit bookings targets using the support of his team along with strategic and efficient sales processes. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course or exploring Colorado with his wife Jamie.
What brought you to MFour?
A former colleague who had recently joined MFour told me about the culture and how much he enjoyed his new role, and I found the market research industry to be very interesting.
What is a typical workday like for you?
I start by knocking out low priority client emails before our team huddle, then lead client calls as well as support client calls for my team. I spend the rest of the day kicking off projects, in trainings, supporting accounting with billing, supporting operations with any project issues, and prioritizing accounts and outreach activities that will maximize quarterly bookings.
What qualities best reflect your team?
We’re strategic, driven, competitive, efficient, and fun-loving.
What time of day are you most productive?
Definitely in the morning.
What is your favorite MFour Studio feature?
Viewing the observed behaviors of all panelists who completed a survey, all in one place, for deeper client insights.
What do you like most about working at MFour?
The people I get to work with and the opportunities for growth.
What advice do you have for others looking to start a career in sales?
You need to always put the needs of the customer first, not yours. The grind in sales never stops! It can be a very lucrative career path, so keep your eyes on what drives and motivates you day by day, whether that be a new house, an engagement ring, investment capital, early retirement, a new vacation, more freedom, etc.
